Here are two other lists Donna. Also if you have a Woodcraft store they may know of clubs in your state. Clubs form but unless they are have a web site and some organiztion the members are the only ones that know they are there. Places like Woodcraft know becouse the sell the the carve. I know there is a woodcarving school in your state,or there was. if so give them a call. If all elses fails Start you own. The NWCA list shows 3 groups in MN.

I’ll try this again. As noted, the difficulty in finding a club in a particular state is that the WCI clublist isn’t alphabetized by state. Good to know that Fox Chapel will rectify that. My reason for asking the question to start with is that I’m a guest wood carver at Silver Dollar City in Branson and regularly a park guest will stop by Valley Wood Carving shop and because they want to connect with a club “back home”, they ask us to help them identify a club in a particular geographical area. We have a notebook there that has the old Colwood Club List, but it’s so old and out of date, it’s not valid. I know that National Wood Carvers Association (Chip Chats) is currently working to update and expand their website’s list of carving clubs to get current meeting times and days, website info, and contact phone numbers/email addresses. After the pandemic, it’s sad to say that some clubs have disbanded, but most have not updated their webpages or their club listings to reflect their current meeting times, etc. So, I would just encourage every carver who belongs to a carving club to make sure their club is listed with WCI’s AND Chip Chats websites. We need to make it easier for anyone wanting to connect with carving clubs to have a successful experience. From Missouri
