  • The case of the disappearing emoji's!

Question... Is anyone else finding it impossible to insert emoji's in their posts? I compose a post, add an emoji and see it come up, but then when I hit the post button it disappears. So what am I doing incorrectly?

    Editing your post.... abcdefgh

    Hmmm...

It deleted the words following the emoji on the same line, also

Trying again more words. It won't let me edit the first line to delete the emoji or add more words...

I don't think you are doing anything wrong... Appears to be a glitch.

Emojis are probably handled like unique typefaces. A code for the symbol is included in your text, but the device on the receiving end has to have the corresponding code files.

I only have my computor and the emoji's that I use are the WCI emoji's from the formatting options. I've also noticed that my spelling corrector doesn't work anymore. I could swear that it use to detect errors.

I haven't had emojis work since I returned to the forum. They work everywhere else...

That's why you see me post a lot of this ;-) and this :-) and this :-/ and Richardson... richardson200.jpg
