which ever way i try to log into my account it will not give me acess
i enter my email and password the green ticks come up yet the next page
says incorrect email or password
ive even tried to re register to no avail

ideas or help please

Boy am I ever glad to see I wasn't the only one. I was trying to purchase the new whittling magazine and got so frustrated I decided I just didn't need one that bad.

I have tried on 4 separate occasions to order books/back issues from Fox Chapel and have yet to be able to complete an order without an error box popping up that makes no sense. Is it me, my Safari browser or Fox Chapel? Even when I get an email solicitation for a new special issue, the link gives me the same problem. It is ridiculous that a publishing company cannot provide an online order system that works.

The thread is in the correct forum for BobD to see it. You need to remember that BobD does not work weekends or login to the forum then to have more time with his family. He'll see this on Monday. Also, for those of you trying to buy a book or some past issues, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll see the telephone number and email address for the Fox Chapel Publishing Customer Service. The people there will gladly help you over the phone or by return email (during normal working hours for East Coast US).

im not decrying bob in any way and he should have his family time
what i am saying is that bob should have help to get the site running correctly as fox chapel are the ones losing orders because people cannot access their accounts

Unfortunately, the best advice I can give is what has already been given. Get in touch with our customer service folks or head directly to the Fox Chapel Publishing site. I handle the forum and articles on this site (and our two other magazine sites). I have nothing to do with the subscriptions or back issue sales.

I'll pass your comments on to the IT folks.

I have ordered 12 or more back issues each of the past two months and have had no issues. I just checked, and the site is working for me. I am using Firefox on my iMac.
