    Nice to hear about the results and glad lots of money was raised. The mule was my favorite and surprised it brought in so much...all for an excellent cause.

    some benefit auction results

    The carvings sold well at the benefit auction Saturday nite. Top seller was the mule which hammered down at $500. Larry sold about 100 of his refrigerator magnets at $5 and up. The fireman was$100 and the cowboy $150. The balance of the carvings and burnings were in the $30 to $70 range bringing in a total of about $1800. last year the foundation raised and distributed $25000. All this in a little town of less than 300 people. Carvings contributed to helping people. Here they are again
