images (6).jpgLooks like it is going to be hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk week for a good part of the country in USA will be triple-digit. Here I am watching the train of hurricanes coming our way in the next weeks. Bonnie, Darby and whats-his-face... the islands are told to get ready and prepare. Figure they will fizzle but they will dump a ton of rain. Stay safe everyone!!!

OMGosh, here in the NW we expect it to be hot 100+ and winters are occasioanlly -10, but as is life it's all temporary. I have lived in Neberaska on the Kanas border, worked in Colorado building houses and drove trucks w/o AC in the deserts of the SW.
Currently 89 and dryer than all get out. Almost feels cold??
Well I do hope the Islands stay OKY and esp you and yours.
Take Care .

The years I lived in Arizona I saw a few eggs fried on sidewalks and car hoods. Looks like Bonnie will clam to a depression for you. Hope the others do too. Forecasting a tropical formation along the gulf by Thur. Up to 15 inches of rain in some areas over the next week 7 to 10 forecasted for us. Soggy week.We live in the land of the free because of the brave! Semper Fi

Hurricane Bonnie has fizzled and we will get hit with leftover rains. Hurricane Darby Cat 4 is weakening...and a small hurricane but it is headed toward us...suppose to fizzle before hitting us and again more rain. The other possible hurricane is still developing, so far appears to be a big one but unknowns are too many at this time. But looks like these are going to dump rain on us so the next few weeks may be flash flood warnings???. Darby_Hurricane4.jpg This photo is hurricane Darby went from nothing to a cat 4 in one day's time. Our ocean is ripe and has perfect conditions for hurricane development. I did see the Atlantic hurricane alley may be in the same position as us in a few weeks? Stay cool looks like a bad week for heat.... on the mainland. Randy looks like you are going to get the heat and the wetness, which means sauna time yuk,,,yuk.. Explore! Dream! Discover!” aloha Di

So far this has been a perfect summer. Highs mid 70's lows 50's. Forecast for next week a little hotter in the high 80's, but that will be good for the corn and tomatoes. we are really enjoying this summer because this is what we'll be dealing with in a few more months
Under all that snow is a F150 Ford truck. The dark spot is the side mirror

That weird sicking yuk air when a hurricane passes by, Hurricane Darby fizzle and is right under the big island as a tropical storm. And number three hurricane, as the amazing part, is this twelve-day forecast by the supercomputers lately,.... have been right on. Estelle is expected to become a hurricane later today, and it is forecast to become a major hurricane by early Monday. What is new with the hurricanes lately is this super fast intensification, which is something to watch out for this year. Estelle appears to be a big one... the size of Texas. Later next week, increasing shear and decreasing SSTs along its track should lead to a weakening trend on days 3-5 which means we will get the leftover rain again. And the course is tracking the first two hurricanes' path straight toward us again. Our ocean is cool so far which beats the heck out of hurricanes so hopeful it disappears also.. Explore! Dream!
