    time off:

    Got take time off Surgery:
    Been having stiffnes in my right hand and forefinger some swelling, wasn't able to hold on to knife very good so went to doc other day said got trigger finger were the tendions aren't getting the lubrication they need and it getting dried up in there so he took x-ray to confirm, said it from yrs of working with hands as machinist and that carving wasn't helping. So told him need to getter fixed so scheduled surgery for june 24th to relieve it. Says be back carving in bout 6-8 weeks. Just what need another road block in life lol.

      Good luck with the surgery. Maybe a few fish are letting out a huge sigh of relief that your hands might need some rest.

              Thanks everyone for your respone dont think typing is gonna affect it hope not or really have a problem lol. Sure long as folow Doc's instructions it should heal fast , far as fish concerened they wont get much of a rest still going to pursue them little rascals. It will put me behind on my woodworking and carving that I love so much, next to fishing, when weather doesn't cooperate, I am in the shop.
