    Re: VA yesterday

Forrest, I've been following you on FB and have kept you and your wife in my prayers. We have a 98 Plymouth van and a powered wheelchair will easily fit in the back with the third seat removed. Aluminium ramps can be used to power the chair by itself up the ramps. Ridin' it up the ramps could part your hair the wrong way fer sure!

      Re: VA yesterday

      Hey Forrest,
Finally got tkis lovely computer working again so I have internet access ;O/. Hang in there and I sure hope they get you back up to speed again soon. I had a service connected injury and it took them a year to fix me up, so I kind of know what you are going through. Keep your good outlook and sense of humor and hopefully things will start improving soon!

        Hey Forrest,

My Mom had a saying before she passed, "God never gives us more than we can handle in a day,,, but I wish He didn't know how much we can."

You know I'll be keeping you in my prayers ol friend. God bless you and Connie.

        Your pal,

                Re: VA yesterday

                Hi Forrest,

My prayers, thoughts and sprinkles of blessings are for you and your wife. I was sorry to read of your setback. Something my granddaddy would say, and heard the same expression in the movie, "Steel Magnolias." "You know what they say, that which does not kill us makes us stronger."

Your friend here, was all set to get rid of those pesky cataracts. I was diagnosed with a melanoma tumor on the retina instead. It's like 7 out of a million people that are diagnosed with a tumor on the retina a year. The doctor is checking the elevation of the tumor and radiation is the only way they can take care of the problem. My boys wanted to know how the exam turned out. Other then ultra sound on the eyeball, and dye they shot me with to take pictures of the "pest." Told em I'm concern, but not going to worry myself sick over it.

                Take er easy Forrest.....Stay Strong....Friend......
