Hi Bob K: When I search for old threads if they are those of other carvers. Just go up to the 'Search' bar at the top of the page put in the name of what you are looking for. Such as 'cottonwood bark'. Or if it's one you did and it has an image just go to your User CP scroll down to the bottom and you'll images..chick on that. hope this helps

Have you tried the advanced search? You can put in more than one keyword and search by user name. Sometimes I will open a thread that might be close, scroll to the bottom, and there will be a list of related threads. Sometimes the thread I'm looking for is one of those.TerryComment
