Those of you who like Gerald Sears cowboys, here is a great opportunity to take one of his classes at War Eagle Woodcarving Seminars.
Gerald lives in Southwest City MO and has been carving for over 45 years and teaching for over 30 years. Self tought with his carvings falling between caricature and realistic style. Gerald will be working one on one with the students and they can work at their own pace. Gerald will show you how to shape the head and how to carve eyes and other facial details that make each one unique. Students will learn how to do wrinkles, different styles of carving hair and do the full body of each cowboy, indian or Santa of your choice.

I am disappointed that I won't be able to get off work this year....it just seems to get better and better each year! I've learned so much each time I attended and you have a lot of new and exciting things this year! I'm hoping that I'll at least make it up to the NWA carving show immediately following the seminar....maybe I'll get to see some of the students and instructors or at least buy some tools or wood! Maybe I'll get to make it to one of your rendezvous roundups.

Tune in later for some quick pictures of the seminar.
If you are not able to take the classes, please drop in for a visit and shop with our tool and wood vendor.
