  • A question to the Editor of WCI

    Hello, I am not sure if I have directed this right, but if not, hopefully it will find it's way to the correct person. It is not a complaint because I like your magazine very much and have found some very good info and patterns.
    About the time that I receiced my last issue, I received an invitation to renew early with a discount for doing so. And also a bonus book for a two-year renewal. I chose the two year and book and sent a money order in to
    pay for it. I can't remember the exact name of the book and I do not
    have the stub for the money order. There should be a record there of recieving the money but I never got the book and have wondered how long it will be before you send it to me.

    Thank you for putting out a great carving magazine.

    The staff at WCI and Fox Chapel don't work on the weekends (normally), so you won't receive any response to this until Monday.

    One other thing to do: Scroll all the way to the bottom of this page and you'll see a telephone number and email address for customer service. A call or email to these folks is the quickest way to get an answer to your question.

      Thanks, Claude, that looks like a better way to do it. I visited your gallery and saw
      some very nice work. I really liked the humming bird.

        Hi Ray,
        Claude's right. The best thing to do is contact our customer service folks (800-457-9112, [email protected]). They've got access to the software to check on subscriptions, but since I'm on a Mac, I have to go to them.
