Trouble Uploading to Carver Gallery

I'm trying to upload photos to my carver gallery without success. First of all when I click on Upload Photos it takes me to some kind of "Bulletin" page which I've never seen. Then after I go through the process of uploading I get an error message. I've tried it 2 or 3 times with the same result. Any help?

I've had the same experience. vBulletin is the hosting service for this site. The Carver Galleries seem to revert to some default format.
