I was going to carve today but offered to cook the Mothers Day Dinner. Looks like I will still be able to carve, it just won't be wood.

Looks like it will be great! My son and I fixed breakfast for my wife and his this morning: Bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, juice, coffee, toast...
...and then we cleaned up the kitchen!
