Broken Links on Site

Hi, I'd like to purchase some of the "Print Articles" but I got the 404 error on 2 out of 2. I searched on keyword "Beginner" and then clicked on Patchwork Clock and Easy Carved Spoons. It left me wondering whether all the links were broken so I stopped there. Then I e-mailed [email protected] from the Contact Us page and the email was rejected. Now I'm 0 for 3!

I was going to suggest trying a different browser, but I get a similar error using Google and IE

You could always give the customer service folks a call at the number at the bottom of the screen. They'll do all they can to help you...

Well, I did send an email to sales on an unrelated topic, but mentioned the links too. I'm just surprised that entire sections of links remain broken and they are all income producers. I got around the problem by Googling the specific articles that I'm interested in. Those links worked just fine. Go figure.

Hi everyone... Thanks for posting the issue with the links. Sorry for the delayed reply... We are having a problem with some of the redirects to the new site working properly.

The IT guys have it on their list.

I'm going to have them check the [email protected] email as well...

Sorry, I deleted the email. I can tell you that I clicked on the email link and a separate window popped up. I sent the email from that window.
