Does WCI have an auto reply if they are emailed? Something like 'we have received your email and will get back to you as soon as we can.'? If not, how long does it usually take to get a reply?

I don't know about an auto-reply, but they only work during the week. Weekends, they're all home with their families, as they should be...

Kris, There are some issues right now. Many links are broken, I was unable to renew on the site, and my email to foxchapel using the embedded link was rejected. I finally went around the site ... can't remember which address finally worked. Have you tried this one? [email protected]

Bob, I sent an email to Mindy last, I believe Monday or Tuesday, and I never heard back. I didn't think anything of it because I know how busy you folks are right now. Now I am wondering if she didn't get it. I'll send you the message on facebook.Comment
