Just saw this about a magazine scam, thought you might be interested.. "
his is a scam that has been going on for a few years now and now and again it rears its ugly head. The notice that is sent out is not from CW&C but it does look official. They tell you your subscription is due so send the money to them. Now if it is close to your renewal time you do not even think but you have to check where the notice is sent from and compare to CW&C address. I understand this sis happening for other magazines so be aware when renewing. Bob has done a fine job of posting this on other forums to get the word out. Today you can't trust anyone."
When I get an early bill on a magazine, I just toss it, but guess it pays to check them out anyway....Hammer This is not our Bob, this was posted on "Justwoodworking" forum
