Change time settings

Since Daylight Saving Time change, My time stamp is off by a hour. I can not remember where to change that for this site. My time is correct on the the computer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s time.
Any help appreciated . . .JoeB

just go into settings scroll down to general settings then time zones and change....mack

Thanks mack, I did not look at the top banner where settings at located duh. But it is still not changing ???? I can live with it .
Oh I see another setting about DLST Fiddle with it, we will see what happens

My clock has 2 settings: today and yesterday.
