  • Doug Outside Owl

Doug has new video on owl. It is very good. Especially the knife cuts and measurements. I like how he is doing eyes these days.

I will post link if wanted.

Thanks for the heads up, Rob. I did start watching it last night and looks like I'll eventually give it a try.

image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg Definitely a fun little carve, and a little more interesting than the five minute owl. Give it a go.

Very nice carving and color, Tom. I'm finishing several "Indian in the Blanket" ones and then I'll do that owl...wife loves them. You certainly did a nice carving of Doug's owl.

Nice work Tom. I'm interested as well. I put them on my to do list with 37 other things that I want to do. Retired and still not enough time to do everything I want. Geez eh?

Tom, those are just cute little rascals! I am teaching a beginner carving class this fall, and may use that for our project!

Check out the video tbox, it is a perfect little beginner project, and all done with a knife. I will be trying them in a class today.
