Is there anyone in the Northern VA area (Leesburg) that would be able to help me finish a decoy duck? I inherited my late brother-in-law's carving and would like to finish it and give back to my sister finished.

Drawing on old memories, I recall visiting the "World's Largest Duck Decoy Factory" in Oak Hall, VA - where I bought several kits for making my own wooden decoys and saw many accurately finished ones. It is (or was) on the Delmarva Peninsula, which is not very close to Leesburg, but it may be the best source for the information you want.
