It's hard to carve something like that and do it well...there's nothing you can do to hide your mistakes.

A lot of thought gone into that piece even down to the finish and grain direction to best show the beauty of the wood.
Pretty clever piece and it has an elegance to it that almost contradicts the abstract form of the piece and this I think adds to the overall impact of the piece.

Boy, the more you look at it, the more different animals you see∙∙∙∙At first I thought a Tom Turkey∙∙∙∙Camel∙∙∙∙just a great carving YES The wood gain also sets it off
