  • Percy Puffin II

    Hi Everyone, Thank you all for following my posts and blogs. Here's a carving that wasn't planned. As you'll read in my carving blog, I was between carving pieces and a chance meeting gave me the idea for this piece. I'd like to be able to say I carved the taller Puffin in the right photo... however, he's my "stuffed" Puffin from Iceland in 1969.
    I hope you like him.

    Nothing wrong with your Puffin, not that I know lots about them, but it looks good to me

      That's a very good likeness of a puffin Dave. We travel to Newfoundland every couple of years and see literally 1,000's of them every trip.
