and I swear that old lady lived just down the road from me when I was growing up.......we used to call her " Aunt Lilla"...

"Miz Lurley"
This is from a Harold Enlow rough out I got back in September. I like doing something a little different from my usual cowboy/hillbilly/Santa and it was fun painting her up, like she was going to town. That used to be a big occasion for folks that lived out in the country! I remember roaming the aisles of the five-and-dime store, calculating what all I could buy with the quarter or whatever money I had.Thanks for looking!You do not have permission to view this gallery.
