This thread reminds me of that kind of sharing. Get better soon, Eddy.

She might get an episode and does the exercises the PT recommended, then all is well. Something about crystals forming in the ear.
I never saw any PT work this well.
Good luck, Eddy.

I don’t get vertigo, but I do get sinus infections with the symptoms you’ve mentioned. I have gotten some relief using nasal irrigation, or “netti pot.” Basically, rinsing the sinuses with warm water that has a mix of sea salt and baking soda in it. Afterwards, I’ll make a hot tea and hold the tea in my mouth to help things warm up and relax more.
Another thing that I’ve tried recently is massaging behind my ears, in front of my ears, the back of my neck and down the sides of my neck, and gently pumping just above the collar bone at the base of your neck. The idea is to push, or pump fluid down away from your head from your eustachian tubes and lymph nodes. It only takes a few minutes, and I repeat several times. It helps drain my sinuses and eustachian tubes and relieve the headaches and dizziness. There’s a video on YouTube where a lady explains/demonstrates this technique.
Praying for relief for you Eddy…
