Nice work, I especially like the way your carving extends down and covers the top of the bottle, as opposed to sitting on top

Thanks everyone. - to give credit where credit is due . . . .Lynn D is the big influence in my carving. From the arrow - (idea borrowed from "Close Call) to the neckerchief front and base he has crafted those to present his carvings in the past. Most of us who are fans can pick things we like and incorporate them into our own style . . . but . . . they didn't originate in my brain - just sat there for me to use here and there. Thnakfully this one turned out just nicely for me to post here and not sit in that dark box under my desk never to be seen again!
If the pic attaches - here he is after a trial with oils on the head.

He's great!!! That arrow almost had his name on it, and his face tells the whole story. Nice work.

Great Job, all our ideas usually come from somewhere else but we still have to carve them into the wood, yours came out very good and the hat with arrow makes me laugh, Thanks.
