    Bark Owl

    This screech owl is from cottonwood bark. He's about 8" tall.

                      Heck yea, that is nice I never carved bark but it looks like mahogany or walnut

                        Don, it's much softer and easier to carve than mahogany or walnut. Also more likely to break off or have bad spots--keep your glue bottle handy.
