    Very, very nice! I am a newbie to cottonwood bark carving, and can attest to how hard it is to get good detail definition. Being able to do this in basswood is one thing, but is a whole 'nuther deal in bark! Way to go!

    Thanks Merle, Joe & Tom. That bark can be frustrating sometimes. I had nice eye mounds and as soon as I carved into them they shattered.
