Where to get Jelutong

I have searched the internet for suppliers of Jelutong. All I found out is that it comes from Indonesia. Does anyone know of suppliers?

How big pieces do you need xxx if you need small pieces I seem to remember seing some on luremaking.com (I think that's the url).

but I was also mistaken about what was being offered. What they are is lure bodies. I thought they were small blocks. Guess you could carve something out of the lure body, but there has to be a better source someplace.

In Tucson we are fortunate to have both a WoodCrafterand a Woodwoorkers Source. Woodworkers Source is better for Jelutong. http://www.woodworkerssource.net/

I'm into relief carving, so I'm looking for something in the area of 12' X 12' X 1' thick.

You may have to do a little cutting and glueing to get a flat board.
