Hangover Man

This is the result of a super quick carve I did when I was in a bad mood because I couldn't think of anything I really wanted to carve! He's mocking my creative block. I usually go for happy and/or upliftiing moods.
He's about 30" tall in cedar. Sanded, burned, coated with spar varnish. I highlighted his eyes and the spaces between his teeth with diluted black oil paint.

Good grief, Schaef....guess you WERE in a bad mood! LOL However, the carving is excellent and doesn't look to me like you had any carving block....you just carved what you felt! I actually like it! LOL Nice finish on it, too. Bonnie
