Couple that I did today....the little one is from the bottom of one that I started and messed up. With shipping so high from Heineke I've got to try to use everything I can lol. I wanted to post the Darth Vader right now before paint because I'm afraid after its solid black the relief won't show up in a picture.

Very cute! Be sure to post them again when you get them painted.

Oh by the way, after the photo I fixed Darth's face a little so he's not so beady eyed and his grill in the mouth area is a little sharper

I can see an improvement in your work with each piece you do. Those are all nicely done.

It would be safe to say you're hook on this hobby now..... As Bob has noted, you are improving with each piece you do. Paint 'em up and let's have a look...

Thanks for all the nice comments! Yes I am surely hooked now. I've never considered myself artistic and I can't believe how naturally this has come to me. I always thought that to carve something I would have to have an artistic hand but it's just all a series of well planned cuts it seems. I look forward to learning so much more about this craft.

I'm with Herb, kinda partial to the little guy. Maybe it's 'cause I'm vertically challenged myself?

My wife loves the little guy too....I'm going to put a small eye bolt in the top and make a key chain for her.
