santa in linseed oil

Hi
I finally finished the santa I started a year ago. Still have a lot to learn in the FP style. So all the comments are welcome.
I finished the carving with linseed oil that came out of a press from the restaured mill "ros-oliemolen" In Arnhem, the Netherlands (http://www.openluchtmuseum.nl/ontdek...-zieuwent-gld/
The oil made the basswood much darker then danish oil.
