Good Ray, and once you sign up they will offer sales on past issues for $2 each...plus the shipping but still a good deal if you have something in mind. I bought some past issues of their Christmas issues that way. I think they have a 5 magazine requirement also.

The magazine is nice because they offer carving examples/tutorials from beginner to advanced.

You are reading my mind Bill. I just picked some back issues. The current issue is #87 Summer 2019. How would I get back issues 86 and 85? I did not see them on the backorder list.
          I picked 83, 80, 66, 64, 56, 44, 2 for the 7 issue requirement.

Some issues are sold out and maybe the more recent issues are being held back...don't know for sure. They are also great at answering emails and you can check directly with them.

I think you will be pleased with the magazine and I certainly have learned a lot from it. Between the magazine and online resources like Gene Messer and Doug Linker I find just about everything I need...and more.

I look at their videos also. Lots of other carving videos and drawing skill videos.

Keep your eyes on Ebay. Every once in a while someone decides to clean house and put them up for sale.
