Lee Valley is just one of several places that have branding irons, either stock or with your custom printing. Some of them, you heat with a torch, some are electric. In no case are they cheap.

With everything else at hand, I bought some 10" iron nails ($0.25 each?) and designed a brand in reverse. Flatted the nail head surface, they're about 3/4" diameter. Then I tranferred the design and carved the steel with a Dremel and some cutoff disks (do some serious dust collection.) I heat that with a propane torch and brand all of my kitchen tools and carvings = RV (what else?)

Oh... I mean the things that you use to burn your name into the carvings.

I have used them for different occasions. I find them at any good trophy shop. They are not expensive. Most jeweler's will also make them up but charge a lot more.
