    IMG_0502_1.JPG I have made a few santas over the years, always a gift.....just finished this one for neighbor who has dogs.

      Wow that is nice - what country or what religion. Interesting pattern on the robe. On another note - check out page 7 in this years 2017 holiday... I have some background shoots you might like.

        The pattern is a Monstera leaf with a pineapple with poinsettia in the middle...it is a Hawaiian design. No country....on this one, I just made him up. Although I guess he looks a little Russian?

                      That is wood shaving from the fine pointed Kutzall bit,....they are glued on and then painted. I been meshing around with various furs for Santa.....I think I like the carved one the best.

                        He went out the door last night to the owner.....yes he is in that range between 10 to 12 inches tall.

                          Thanks Bob actually this is not my favorite one.....that one went out the door already.....I wish I took pictures of it. That one was more round then this one and he was carrying sea shells, as their has is very nautical looking.
