  • Can't see the forest for the trees

The results of this year's paint party with the grandkids. They couldn't stop with just one. This little tree article was a lifesaver for me this year.

    Merry Christmas, Tom image.jpeg

Holy cow Tom, that looks like a pretty talented crop of new carvers you've been cultivating there. Great job by everyone. And Merry Christmas to you as well Tom.

Thanks Tinwood. This is our annual paint party. I can't seem to get them interested in the carving part.

Thank you Di, Santa is quite the party animal.

Thanks Claude, It was a fun project.

Tom I've seen the results of your yearly paint parties for a few years now and I can say those grand children of yours are really becoming quite the accomplished painters
Merry Christmas to you and your family,

Hi Soggy, As my carving is going to decline, I hope their painting will cover up my mistakes. It has been a lot of fun. Merry Christmas

Kudos to you, Tom, for a great family tradition! Your grands will tell stories of this to their grands, hopefully while they pass on the custom.

Thanks Bob, I hope I last long enough to keep it going. I wish they would learn to carve their own.
