  • I Think I Have a Problem

This is my first Christmas season after beginning to learn to carve. I wanted to carve some ornaments for family, then a friend or two, more family,.... I can't stop myself.

These are my latest. I think these are it until next year. Got the idea from the Shell Knob Woodcarvers project page.

Great job . This is a fine example of how we all get hooked. Keep up the good work.
If I took the time to fix all my mistakes, I wouldn,t have time to make new ones.

Well done with your ornaments. It is like eating chips. You can't have just one! The carving bug settles in the soul.

Those ornaments look great. Thanks for the shout-out to our website. Just so you know, this was not an original idea. Credit due goes to Tom Hindes. Check his site out:

Old carvers never die... they just whittle away.

Fine carving and they make for nice gifts as well as feeding the addiction, we all seem to have.
