  • Meet Karl!

Karl1A - Copy.jpg Hot off the carving bench, meet Karl! He's a cute little guy with a lazy eye, but he gets things done around the workshop and all the elves love him. He's only 4 1/2 X 3, carved on the corner, basswood. He's the smallest elf I've carved so far. Eyes are acrylic and base coated with my secret sauce, as JoeB calls it. Thanks for looking and as always C&Cs are welcome!

Nice carving, Steve, and the nose and piecing eyes really accent it.

Nicely carved face Steve. He is ready for service.
If I took the time to fix all my mistakes, I wouldn,t have time to make new ones.

Excellent carving, Steve! If you get a chance, how about putting together a tutorial on how you make the hangers for these?
