  • Sleepytime Santa

This was a Steve Brown rough out. I gave him some cool Rudolph slippers. He was a good challenge and I\\\\\\\'m not sure that I pulled off the Yawn, but...there\\\\\\\'s always room for improvement.

Looks fine to me Deb. Love the slippers, and the tripes for the clothes.

Thank you Larry and Tom! I need those slippers tonight. We are getting a bunch of wind and rain here. I guess summer is coming to an end.

Thank you! He was fun to carve and paint. I do believe it is a little early for Santas though! If my bandsaw blade hadn\'t snapped, I would have waited at least another month!

I really like this little fellow. The carving is great and the old style finish really makes him come alive. IMHO How tall is he?
