  • Butternut Eagle spoon holder.

After cutting out the eagle spoon, I realized that the piece that normally went into the scrap box, was the perfect display for the spoon. So here it is.

Sure hate to waste wood. image.jpeg Tom

Hi Tom, Great Idea. Highlights the Spoon also. I used the same idea with a Comfort Bird. After cutting the Bird out I put the Top, Bottom, and sides together. It made a Hole that looked like a Comfort Bird.. My Sister liked it and took it to California. Amazing what you can do with Scrap Pieces. Great Job Tom. Merle

That is pretty darn cool! Super idea Tom. I will have to remember this trick. It really adds to the spoon carving.

Thanks everyone, I like it when an idea works out.

Merle I am going to have to watch out for the (no bird) cage.
