    Ornies ornies ! Ornies everywhere! This little top hat - carved from more cotton wood has just wiggled it's way into the top spot on my favorite so far list!

      Very nice!... Is it carved all from one piece? and if so which way does the grain run ?

            yep, all one piece, and the grain runs at an angle. not horizontal and not vertical but a bit of both. Inside is also hollowed out which makes it light as a feather!
