Centimetres (marked см, "sm", in Russian Cyrillic, from "santimetr"); there are 2.54 of those in an inch (basically, 10 cm is 4 inches when you don't need to be extremely precise).
As a newbie here, that's not something I was expecting, but I appreciate the quality of the work (as much as I like reading the articles in Playboy). Just kidding, but it is a well done carving with good proportions. I haven't carved any human figures or busts or limbs, but I imagine getting the proportions to look right on a realistic figure is much harder than say on a caricature. I think it's worth a Like even if everyone else is intimidated to do likewise so far.
Even though this piece may be "artistic" to some, I just want to say that this is very offensive to me. I'm not a prude, but this, in my opinion, goes past the line.

Honestly this piece is mans work of art,....for his enjoyment. And I might add it is art. As much as it offensive to some women, it is not porn. I remember in college we had four years of painting, drawing nude women and men which we had to do for a degree in fine art. Art should stay as art, and not objects of worship. When it goes past art into something that is sexually desired as a turn on ....then it is time to put on the ...so called past the line. As woman this piece I just laughed at....yes, yes its object of men and its a cartoon.....in my opinion. I really believe the artist did not make it as a porn object. In my world there is a big, big difference between what is art and what is so called porn. Later in my life.... I have painted nude women and men, ....not to turn on anyone but the nude body in art is beautiful. Like I told one woman if this turns you on....then there is something wrong with you. I must note that I do respect your opinion. What is offensive to me....porn on the tv all the time. Porn on the streets, porn in real life. What I do not understand is why is ok for a women in real life to do it....yet art that is not porn is not allowed....? I am a woman who worked in law enforcement, ran domestic violence counseling and rape counseling. Have had tons of books on subject and classes...I could go on and on about this subject....but will not bore the masses who read this. An note this is just one womans experience in life.
