  • A Bigfooted variation of Simon the Penguin

A fun one based on Gene Messer's tutorial. I added some extra wood at the base, and then carved it out to make giant feet. Also dug out eye holes, and super glued in some wiggly eyes.

Another one for my friend's grandkids.

A nice-looking fellow there, Rontana. This one I have to try myself.

Bill . . . Gene's tutorial is great . . . but it has him footless (on a pedestal). Since I'm making this one for little kids, I figure the more the cartoony exaggeration, the more they'll like it.

I got Gene's video last night but haven't watched it yet, just the very beginning. I like your version and might just follow your footsteps, Rontana.
