  • To keep knives from getting rusty

Pam finished up getting the kids Christmas presents paint today, I didn't want to start anything that would take time because I'll start put on the hinges and latches tomorrow & the stain the outsides.
Did these little simple things to keep me occupied. They are 1/4" thick Cottonwood bark, about 4" wide, eyes, and teeth painted with acrylic and the wood is stain with teak oil
    As usual C&C welcome

They look great . . . and cottonwood is the best. I'm always happy when a windstorm knocks a few limbs off my old cottonwoods . . . it's like a gift from the whittling gods
