Carved a couple order items this week, the Golfball Cage would be ok if it wasn't orange, and the walking stick is for a good friend in our Church.

Great carving, and paint work Mark. Gotta be some happy customers.
If I took the time to fix all my mistakes, I wouldn,t have time to make new ones.

Nice carving, Mark, and is the walking stick wood burned? Hard for me to tell from the picture. They all look great regardless of color.

Both well done Mark. Stick is great and the golfer and ball is really unique.

Hi Mark , you did them both in a Week? That's about 6 Weeks or more for me . I did your Ball in Cage years ago for my Brother-law and it's one of his Prize Possessions . As I remember 1 was enough . Ha,Ha. Detailing on both of your Pieces Great . Merle

No there was no woodburning on the walking stick, i use a 36" stair ballostor for the bottom, then add in 4-6 different colored wood spacers and then 24" 1.5" basswood at the top to make the carving and painting easy. Thanks everyone, really enjoy doing walking sticks, just have a issue doing actual tree limbs due to some wrist issues.
