owl eyes

Hi,

Some time ago I posed a question about how to carve bird eyes. I do not paint or sand my carvings and don't insert eyes. I got good advice from this list. On a piece of scrap I carved several types of eyes. The attached images are the result.

Herb, who ever told ya to go eyes that way, did you a favor for sure, ain't nuthin wrong with them eyes, that carving looks real fine.
