That is a rough-out I developed this year for a class,I think the WCI #3 issue has the formula for drilling the holes,it was done by Bill Russell,he mastered the design.I just did a rough-out for teaching,with his blessing.Thanks every one,and Kenny I have taught about 6 classes this year,and really enjoyed it.
