    Re: Stone backsplash

    Forrest,

You did a great job on those tiles. I am sure they will be well received and make a focal point of the home.

That is quite an elevator. It looks like a lot of fun to ride up and down in.

      Forrest,
I was beginning to wonder where ya been, haven't seen much in the past few days. Wow 63 little minature paintings that is really something. I got only one question. 3.5 million for the house, I was just wondering how much this house would it have cost without all those pretty little tiles you painted. LOL. What an opportunity to be a part of something so neat.

      Thanks for the pictures!

      Safe Carving and God Bless,

      Mark

big Ed,they have a really neat home thats for sure. I saw the control room at one part of the basement, 12 showers could be taken at one time with out any water pressure lost,You wouldnt believe how many protection devices and other panels that control this home.

The elevator was one of the many attractions I liked but course I didnt get enough time to see them all,I was only there 3 hrs. Spent alot of time talking with the Mrs about her stove backsplash and us going over the details.
Thanks Ed for your neat input here about my tile painting!

Mark D.Ive got a 9 day art show in the same rich area where this home is next month. Im now painting alot of thing for this show,Ive got enough carvings and with both items Im hoping to spend some time "abroad"?? I meant some "boards" to fix me a better carving bench! LOL

This is a very neat home thats for sure but in my younger days,Ive been in some even bigger homes in up state NY.

Houses are just that and homes are homes but my home as they say is where your heart is and Im more than happy right here in our home. Plus houses, cars, airplanes and money doesnt make the person. I ratter be a better carver myself.

Thanks ole buddy for you neat thoughts here Mark.
