I got the bear Stained, along with the background. Customer is real happy about it. The carving is a little in back as you can see in the pictures so he's in the process of cutting down a fence that blocks his view, making it shorter, I should say.

Bruce Like both of your carvings,But that bear and cub is fantastic with the background painted. He takes that fence down hope he has no trouble with animal control.

Bruce, both of those carvings are really amazing. The minister looks like he could ask for a Amen.

And the bears, they made the hair on the back of my neck stand. And painted, they gave me a chill.

Can you imagine walking by his house in the dark and you hear a noise so you shine your flashlight on a Mama bear and her cub? It would scare the life right out of you.

Excellent workmanship always Bruce in your carvings!! And this one,Im sure the church and everyone loved it! Who wouldnt! Plus the bear is outstanding as well! Just great carving man!!!

thanks everyone for the nice comments, I'm in the process of carving another one, this one is approx 8' tall it's of a woman who turned the sod to build the church that Dr Steel served in.
