My wife and I sent these out to the grandkids this year. I finished them up just before we went on vacation and took them with us. I couldn't find any 3/8" basswood so I glued two pieces ( 1/8" and 1/4") that I bought at Michaels together (using coupons of course!). Some of the figures have magnets glued on them, the others have pins. All are finished in acrylics and waterbased poly. It was a pretty "Ghoulish" project! Ha! Ha!

Re: Halloween Greeting Cards For the Kiddies!
Hi, Eddy! Good to have you back! Glad to hear that you had a nice vacation. These are so adorable! I'm sure the kids flipped over these. I think adults would love these too. I know I do but I'm not sure I qualify for an adult. lol But hubby loves them too so adults must like them too.
Just one more thing... I got to know what skeletons say at the front door?!!! LOL!

Re: Halloween Greeting Cards For the Kiddies!
Thank you all!
Teeburn... To tell you the truth I can't remember what the inside of the card said. My computer crashed shortly after making all of them and I lost all of my archived files. It was just fortumate that I printed them out ahead of time. But thanks for asking!
Dave... If you were one of our grandkids Grandma would have you plumb spoiled! We mailed out a package a week to them while we was on vacation just so that we'd be sure that they got mail!
Keoma... Not half as clever as some of the works of art that you come up with but I do apreciate the thought. The patterns are from Gary Batte's book Carving Carricature Pins and Bolos.
