Thanks 'fly fisher', but the quality shown in your chains and swivels is definitely something I will be consciously aiming at with my next work. And if it's not plagiarism, those inside bevelled links are too tempting not to try.

Great chains, and my attempts have not been that well received. Lumpy and the chains leave a lot to be desired. Yours are outstanding work. I think I will go back to carving gnomes.

As Nomad said, that's a really nice effect on the chain links and all of your work is so pleasingly tidy, not to mention innovative as well. I really enjoy seeing work that will inspire me to higher standards.
As for these pieces being 'quick little simple things', I can't aspire to that, I need time and lots of it.

Thanx Tim the only reason I carve stuff so small is because i cant do it any bigger. what im trying to say is it dosen't matter how big or small or if its been left rough or sanded smooth its your style and like all artwork theres no right or wrong......so stop reading this drivel and get carving
