The Guy on the Corner
I haven't had a chance to do much carving lately due to being too busy trying to make a living ..
but since today was a rainy day and not much happening out in the shop I decided to cut out a bunch of corner blanks to do some santas with later on. After I got a bunch cut out I couldn't just pack them away without trying at least one.......... Then I got to thinking about how many different characters one could create from the same blank. Here's the result so far. The Indian is a bit smaller due to the fact there was a blemish in that blank so I just shortened him up a bit. The rest are 4-1/2" high by 1-5/8" on the diagonal.
