Pastor’s walking stick.

I was asked to make a walking stick for my daughter’s pastor. I am using a
56” cedar staff I have from Smoky mountain woodcarvers. I plan to texture the area behind the crosses then carve leaves around the rest of the top going down to a grip area then some leaves below the grip.

That's a beautiful start and the idea of leaves (olive or otherwise) wrapping around sounds very peaceful...a perfect gift to a pastor! Great work...
